When veteran Benji Cross returns to his hometown Virginia, he learns his younger brother is tied up in the streets. Although Benji vowed to never harm another person; his back is pushed against the wall when an old time friend forces his hand. Benji soon learns this ex friend may be involved in something more sinister. All hell breaks loose when the truth slowly reveals itself.
